Functional Medicine Health Consultant
Functional Medicine Health Consultant
While completing her Ph.D. at Yale University, Alexandra faced a severe decline in health, developing neuropathy, muscle spasms, and claw hand deformity after multiple failed elbow surgeries. By making significant changes to her environment, lifestyle, and nutrition, she regained mobility, restored hand and elbow function, and even corrected spinal issues (lordosis and scoliosis), growing half an inch in her 40s.
Alexandra then helped her mother recover cognitive function from Alzheimer's and successfully eradicate a resistant MRSA infection inside her prosthetic knee, preventing an amputation after multiple failed surgeries. Inspired by her mom's recovery, she made it her mission to help others dealing with brain issues.
As a Certified Functional Medicine Health Consultant (Kharrazian Institute), Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® practitioner, Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and Dr. Goodenowe Certified Practitioner, Alexandra now specializes in brain wellness. She maintains advanced certifications in evidence-based functional medicine training, cellular health, and restorative health. She is particularly passionate about continuing education on blood chemistry, brain volume, brain chemistry, functional neurology, and functional nutrition. When she is not working, you will find her traveling to live seminars.
Using advanced blood chemistry, functional lab work, intensive research, nutrient dense food, and intelligent bio-hacking, she works to improve cognitive health and overall well-being in her clients. Passionate about helping families navigate neurodegenerative diseases, she focuses on restoring the body's function without relying on conventional diagnoses or treatments.
